TODAY'S GOAL: If a task takes less then 1 minute, do it as soon as you think of it.
Gretchen Ruben, author or several inspiring books, including The Happiness Project, Happier at Home, and Better Than Before, the latter two being on my summer reading list, stated in The Happiness Project that a tip she tries to live by is that if something takes less than 1 minute to do, then just go do it and be done with it!
For example, taking out the garbage. Instead of thinking to yourself a million times that you need to take the garbage out, why not just get up, go do it, and move on to something else. Free up your brain space! You might just be surprised in how this will change the productiveness of your day and your general attitude! #todaysgoal #liveyourblisscall
