June is such a beautiful month, and I am honestly having so much fun enjoying the sunshine as the pace of life seems to slow down, even as the summer get-togethers commence. Funny how that works, isn't it?
I hope you enjoy this month's favorites! Kisses!
Heritage Rose Water Mist I purchased this awesome facial spray and body mist for only 8.99 at a local food coop after reading such good things about old-fashioned rose water for skin hydration. I have to say that I am now in LOVE with it! First off, this 8oz bottle will last you a long time. Second, it smells like spraying yourself with a fresh bouquet of roses every morning. Third, it really does hydrate your skin; in fact, I stopped using face cream altogether. Fourth, it feels so fresh and dewey on your skin, giving you a little glow and energizing you for the day ahead with its feminine aroma!
I Highly Recommend
Natalie Jill Fitness is your next stop for full-body fitness! I know so many of you love yoga like me, but I also know how important it is to keep strength training built into your routine, but that doesn't necessarily have to mean heavy weights. I love working out with just my body weight, and thats what Jill is all about! She is super creative and posts tons of videos on Instagram for quick but effective workouts, and she even has a monthly calendar of workouts to download! She's inspiring me to do more HIIT training again featuring strength training + cardio! No excuses baby!

Bella Grace is meant to be savored...It is meant to be written in and dog-eared. It is meant to inspire you to discover magic in ordinary moments...If you believe that life should be lived with a full heart and open eyes, come join us, and get lost in the beautifully penned stories and soul stirring photographs that make up Bella Grace."
