So how did May go for me?
In May I set the intentions to get outside, get back to my cardio, do more yoga, feel fresh, eat well, and work smarter! Overall, I could have definitely eaten better (too much going out with friends!), which would of made me feel more fresh, but aside from that, I was outside a lot doing cardio and just enjoying the sunshine (thank goodness because I needed some color!) It felt awe awe AWEsome to move my body more this past month, and I efficiently focused my time to begin my online business course work and schedule my meetings appropriately.
Did your May make you feel good? If not, how could you reorganize your intentions to set up June for success?
June is going to be an interesting month with Mercury being in retrograde (cue rest, managing your communication well, and backing up your technology!) until the 11th and the full moon arriving right in the beginning of the month on June 2.
During the full moon, I intend to read my vision statement to myself and cast my dreams into the universe, as this is the perfect time to do so; however, with Mercury in retrograde until roughly mid month, I also love the quote "do less with more focus" so that I can remind myself to rest a bit and not do things that take me away from my core desired feelings and dreams.
My core desired feelings: light feminine creative abundant freedom
