Today's Goal: SWEAT
Let's keep this super simple, maybe not easy for all of us, but simple. Let's SWEAT. Let's do something that makes our skin glisten. Let's sparkle with sweaty goodness.
Do yoga, hot yoga. Go for a bike ride, uphill this time. Have sex. Clean the house top to bottom. Any way, it doesn't matter, just sweat.
Move your body in ways that feel good. Notice how spectacular it can feel to sweat, to be alive. Do something that makes sweating feel amazing and worth it!
