What's your Truth? For me, it was yoga and women's coaching, and that meant leaving graduate school in November 2013 and pursuing a lifestyle career. With two bachelors degrees already under my belt, I couldn't hide my unhappiness any longer, and I couldn't shake the feeling that my true north was pointing elsewhere.
Since then, I have learned a lot that I share with my clients, students, and friends. You deserve to live for yourself. You need to let go of limiting beliefs put upon you by others and yourself. You have to believe in yourself and trust in the Universe. You deserve to live your best life, however that suits you. It's about mind, body, and soul connection. You are Light. Alignment and Truth is where it's at. This is what I practice and teach.
